Delivery

All our deliveries are made by a certified currier.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Portuguese holidays. Delivery time may vary from 1 to 7 working days (depending on the delivery country) from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. At that moment our client receives an email with the tracking number and link to follow their delivery.

Since everything is handmade sometimes they can take some time to be shipped, but if any delay occurs we will let you know by e-mail.

Please note that the delivery can be delayed due to your country’s customs. Clair Couture is not responsible for any unexpected delay occurring during the shipment by CTT (internacional shipping) or MRW (Portugal and Spain).

Clair Couture is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched – orders that are returned because of an invalid address will be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non refundable.

Returns

Costs of returns and exchanges are due to the costumer.

Costumer must ship their purchase to our headquarters.

Returns are not permitted after the use of garment.

For a return to be accept all piece components must be in its original state and not subjected to any form of alteration.

After receiving your purchase, and wanting to return it, you might do so if:

- The product is in perfect conditions, with no sign of use, smells or sines of cleaning and/or ironing;

- Product and invoice must be returned in the original package;

- Returns have to de made in 14 working days after receipt. This period of time includes the day which the package is receive until it is returned to our storage.

The costs associated with returns will be supported by the client.

The brand Clair Couture reserves the right to deny returns if the conditions mentioned above are not respected.

After receiving the package and verifying its perfect conditions, we will return the value of purchase in the same way of payment.

Exchanges

You might only want to exchange the piece that you bought. You may do so by returning the piece as described above and emailing us, telling which size you prefer. In this cases, the costs of returning the package is also responsibility of the costumer.

The exchange may be dependent on stocks. Clair Couture’s isn’t responsible to ensure endless stocks of its products. You might exchange to other product offered by us or you may ask for the return of your purchase, as described above.

Clair Couture reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
